Refunds and Returns
Returns may happen. We want satisfied customers.
We would like to start with a BIG “THANK YOU!”. If you are thinking of returns it just means you have bought some books from us.
Digital/Electronic products, CDs, Stationeries, Calculators, Workbooks, Study guides, Checkpoints, Sale Items, and DVDs are the firm sale and are non-refundable.
Non-digital goods may be returned for a refund provided they returned within 14 days of delivery in the original condition, accompanied by the tax invoice. If you have paid the invoice through the store credit, the refunds will only be made as a store credit.
‘Original condition’ means items in original shrink-wrapping with any enclosed CDs, disks, licenses or passwords unopened.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge.
If there is a problem with a purchase or an error on your order, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call (03) 9898 1677 and we will assist you. If we’ve sent you the wrong or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.
